Get the first glimpse at Teneriffe’s upcoming billion-dollar riverside development
Located on the Riverside Industrial Sands site in Teneriffe, Teneriffe Banks is a collaboration between Cottee Parker Architects, Carr Architects, and Urbis Town Planning and Landscaping.

Teneriffe Banks will see the construction of five new buildings, tentatively titled as The Interloom (North and South), The Ferry Building and The Store Houses (North and South). The Interloom are designed to be the flagship buildings of the development, connecting the urban centre to the riverfront. The Interloom South will be home to a collection of two, three and four-bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses, while The Interloom North will be home to Brisbane’s first Kimpton Hotel. The hotel will apparently house a 200-plus-seat signature restaurant and bar, spa with multiple treatment rooms, a fitness centre, large-scale multi-purpose meeting and event spaces, as well as an open-air garden terrace complete with infinity pool, and a rooftop bar.
The Ferry Building, adjacent to the Teneriffe Ferry Terminal, will feature modernist homes with 3.6m ceilings and layouts that pay homage to the neighbourhood character of the woolstores. While along Skyring Terrace, The Store Houses North and South will be home to modern warehouse residences known as The Woven Lofts, and The Store Houses – a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The development is set to include public riverside spaces with lush gardens, terraced lawns and a picnic area featuring interactive water sculpture. Skyring Terrace will be connected to the Brisbane River by three laneways winding through the property – Helen Lane, Wool Lane and Brick Lane.
