When workers at 900 Ann Street returned to the office in early 2025, they were greeted by Ann Street Coffee Project (ASCP) in the lobby, which had opened just before Christmas. Originally a pop-up at 80 Ann Street, ASCP now calls a blue-and-white-tiled kiosk in the building’s entry foyer home, primarily serving takeaway coffee. Despite its simple setup, the team uses top-grade equipment (including a San Remo Cafe Racer) to craft quality brews with beans from award-winning Canberra-based roaster, ONA Coffee. ASCP offers two signature blends – Maple for milk-based drinks, with smooth caramel, chocolate, and nutty flavours, and Gateway for black coffee, which features fruity berry notes. The dispensary also serves rotating single-origin filter and cold-brew options, along with hot chocolate, chai lattes, specialty teas and pastries from Brasserie Bread.
