A new dessert shop is taking shape over in Sunnybank Hills. Brigitts Confection, a Pallara-based business specialising in covetable confections is evolving into Brigitts Bakeshop, with owner Margaux Wong teaming up with her sister to open a shopfront at Pacific Centre. Addition Projects is currently undertaking the shop’s fit-out, which will result in a modern and sleek interior comprised of neutral tones. Once open, Brigitts Bakeshop will serve a broad array of takeaway desserts, including chiffon cream cakes, its signature ube cakes and flans, chunky cookies and slices. The shop will also be the place to find the latest trending specialty drinks. Brigitts Bakeshop is looking to open in mid-to-late November.
