Fortitude Valley’s nightlife heartbeat is thumping a little bit harder, with immersive party destination Enigma setting a new benchmark for nightclubs in Australia. The latest concept from Hallmark Hospitality (the group behind Lefty’s Music Hall, Hey Chica! and Maggie May) draws influence from the glitzy mega clubs of Ibiza, Miami and Las Vegas. The crew has given the space a no-expense-spared $9.3-million fit-out, with a vivid aesthetic envisioned by acclaimed interior designer Borhan Ghofrani alongside Space Cubed Studio and BSPN Architecture. In addition to an LED light walkway and a dance floor boasting its own mesmerising visuals (and a roster of resident DJs keeping the rhythm upbeat), Enigma will also be equipped with a exclusive VIP areas offering premium bottle options and signature cocktails.
