Osso Bar Italia

Osso Bar Italia is the newest concept from Malt Group (Malt Dining, Malt Traders). Positioned on the corner of Edward and Mary Street, the bar and eatery is well positioned to be a go-to spot for long lunches, aperitivo hour and intimate dinners. Inspired by classic Italian cuisine, Osso (meaning bone in Italian) focuses on a back-to-basics approach, with house-made pasta and stock bases forming a core part of the offering. The venue – designed by Alkot Studio’s Camilla Renzoni and built by Echo Projects Co. – features an inviting layout with a bar at the front and a variety of dining spaces, including an outdoor terrace. Osso’s casual yet flavourful menu includes spuntini, antipasti, pizzas, pastas, and dishes cooked on in a charcoal oven, while the bar offers Italian wines and spritz-style cocktails. Osso plans to expand its hours and menu in the coming months, aiming to become a bustling spot for both locals and visitors.
