Fortitude Valley’s new rooftop beer garden The Beaumont draws inspiration from The Great Dividing Range, blending a vibrant design scheme with casual dining, offering a space that fosters conversation and connection. The venue, which recently underwent a major refurbishment, features timber and iron accents, vintage Australiana signage and eucalyptus plants, creating a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. The menu, created by head chef Joshua Kelly, reimagines pub classics with native Australian ingredients, resulting in unique dishes like the Bushranger Hotdog with kangaroo sirloin and crocodile spring rolls. The drinks menu features local beers, wines, and creative cocktails inspired by Australia’s landscape, such as the Outback Blaze Marg and the Aussie Sunrise. With its inviting ambiance, delicious food, and signature drinks, The Beaumont promises to be a new local favourite.
