Toowoomba’s famed food and music festival Meatstock 2025 is bringing the heat from March 7-8, promising two sizzling days of mouth-watering barbecued meats, live beats and a whole lot of juicy fun. Celebrating the best of barbecue culture and country music, Meatstock is truly feast for the senses. The Jack Daniel’s live stage will host international country superstars and Australian talent including Brad Cox, Seaforth, Lane Pittman, Robber Mortimer, Bella Mackenzie and Sammy White.

The Heat Beads BBQ Wars will be held in the pit yard, as national and international teams battle for the title of best in their specific protein category, while butchers showcase their skills in a meat-filled showdown. The battles don’t end there – the festival also hosts the Australia’s Strongest Man and Woman competition, the Better Beer Dad Bod Contest, bull riding, the Big Rig Rumble and the crowd favourite Sausage Sizzle Throwdown. You can even get inked at the tattoo station. Pro tip: arrive hungry!
