A sad truth of adulthood is that it can be hard to meet new people. Dinner with Strangers is all about fostering new relationships, with a focus on good food and good conversation. Each event features a carefully curated three-course meal in a surprise venue revealed only 48 hours before the gathering, located within a 10-km radius of Brisbane’s CBD.

“In a world where genuine connection can sometimes feel out of reach, Dinner with Strangers offers an opportunity to slow down, share a meal and engage in authentic conversation with people you might never have met otherwise,” says Jacqui. “It’s about breaking bread with strangers and leaving as friends.”

Upcoming dates for Dinner with Strangers include an evening at a renowned Italian restaurant on Thursday April 10 and a meal at a Middle Eastern-inspired wine bar and bistro on Thursday May 8. Each event is limited to 14 guests to maintain an intimate atmosphere and the inaugural event sold out in minutes so if you’re eager to mix and mingle it’s advised you get in fast.
