Frenzy’s at Southport Sharks launches a new menu that will crush every craving

While plenty of the classics remain (we’re looking at you, chicken parmigiana), the revamped Frenzy’s menu is brimming with a raft of new arrivals and a fresh take on globe-trotting favourites. Kick off your Frenzy’s feast with tempting snacks like carbonara croquettes with crispy prosciutto, parmesan and black-truffle mayo, popcorn chicken with tonkatsu sauce and Kewpie, and brisket burnt-end bites with chipotle mayo, pickled onions and salsa verde.
Wrap your hands around the chargrilled rib-fillet Steak Sambo with beetroot relish, bacon, melted cheddar, truffle mayo and lettuce, or keep it fresh with Frenzy’s Prawn Roll with a citrus and herb mayo, garlic butter, Marie Rose dressing, fresh avocado and crisp cos lettuce, topped with Yarra Valley salmon caviar. Prefer a salad? The new Chipotle Chicken Caesar and colourful Cabo Nourish Bowl with spiced-agave cauliflower bites are already house favourites, as is the Thai Beef & Watermelon salad that’s dressed in nam jim and topped with peanut brittle.
For something more substantial, dive into mains like Emerald Valley lamb rump with saltbush baba ganoush, almond pilaf, peas, pomegranate, fetta and lamb bone broth, and the blackened miso salmon with kimchi fried rice, daikon pickle, som tum salad, wombok, sesame caramel and crispy shallots.
