Four-day culinary extravaganza Noosa Eat & Drink Festival is back from May 29 to June 1, dishing up an incredible program of top-tier events, powerhouse collaborations with world-class chefs and plenty of wining and dining. Here’s a taste of what’s on this year …
The Festival Village, located at the western end of Hastings Street, will be the hub for Noosa Eat & Drink 2025. Running across Saturday May 31 and Sunday June 1, the Festival Village will feature a host of exciting events, producer pop-ups, interactive demonstrations, a live prep kitchen with chefs in action, pop-up bars from leading breweries and distilleries, as well as live music and premium lounges for a VIP experience.
This year’s Noosa Eat & Drink also features an incredible restaurant program, studded with one-off culinary experiences by some of Australia’s most esteemed chefs. On Friday May 30, Rick Shores executive chef James Brady will bring the tastes of Burleigh Heads to Essence Peregian at The Secret Garden sunset event – a one-off collaboration featuring premium sips and a menu of signature canapes inspired by Rick Shores and its Latin siblings Norté and Sueño.
Also on Friday May 30, Sunshine Coast icon Sum Yung Guys will host legendary chef Marty Boetz (of Brisbane’s Short Grain) for a must-try feast celebrating the bold, fresh and vibrant flavours of modern Asian cuisine. On the same night, acclaimed chef Alex Munoz Labart (Restaurant Labart and Paloma) will join forces with Noosa’s Andy Wilcox for an incredible four-course dinner at Park & Cove.
Northern Rivers chef Matt Stone will be joining Jake and Gabby at Theo’s Social Club in Noosa Heads for a seven-course seafood lunch on Sunday June 1, while Brisbane’s Louis Tikaram will hit the kitchen with Ryan Fitzpatrick of The Ohana Group for a long lunch at Lanai Noosa.
There’s also a series of signature events – but you’ll want to be quick. The Beachside Italian Long Lunch, The Arcadia Street Long Lunch and Catalina Lunch Afloat are all sold out, though you can still grab tickets to the Official Opening Party (featuring a menu takeover by Brisbane’s Agnes and Mason Bali) on Friday May 30 and get your feet sandy at the Sundowner Beach Party on Saturday May 31.
That’s just a taste! Check out the full program and book tickets via the Noosa Eat & Drink website.
