Bobby Bang’s is an Asian-inspired daytime eatery from the team behind Mermaid Waters dining spot Lucky Bao. Located inside The Atrium at The Oxley in Nobby Beach, Bobby Bang’s features a menu of all-day Asian-style breakfast dishes, which kicks off at 7:30 am daily, alongside a series of sandos and bowls for lunch. There’s everything from matcha smoothie bowls topped with granola, the Bobby Bang’s breakfast ramen, which comes topped with crispy bacon, tamago (ramen egg), takana and truffle manchego, a crumbed-mortadella muffin with fried egg and fermented green chilli, and scrambled eggs topped with Japanese curry, pickled radish, nori and a side of chorizo. Bobby Bang’s serves a wide variety of ceremonial matcha and cacao drinks, house-made sodas and organic teas, as well as organic wines, cocktails and tap beer.
