Burly Bar

Located at The Warehouses in Currumbin, Burly Bar is a testament to the artisan distillery’s experimental spirit, serving a diverse line-up of cocktails that highlight its three gin flavours. Though, you certainly don’t need to be a gin fan to sip at the Burly Bar – all you need is a thirst for adventure. The bar team will guide you through the extensive cocktail menu, which features everything from martinis and gin margaritas to classic spritzes, with plenty of specials popping up each week. There’s also a food menu of elevated bar snacks, including fresh nectarine with mozzarella and basil, and kingfish ceviche with finger-lime ponzu. There’s also a handful of all-Australian wines and local beers to choose from.
