Destino at Sanctuary Cove is inspired by the sun-soaked luxury of the Mediterranean islands. Located in the Marine Village of Sanctuary Cove, the gorgeous space features a seriously stunning aesthetic of white breeze blocks and raw timber, whilst an Olive tree garden runs the length of the venue providing a pop of greenery. Destino is more than just a pretty face, the bar slings some seriously impressive sips. There is an entire section of the drinks list dedicated to margaritas (our kind of vibe), espresso martinis and spritzes. As for the wine list, Destino specialises in drops from far-flung places including Italy, France and Spain as well as some local favourites from Australia and New Zealand.The venue is envisaged more as a launch pad for a pre-or-post dinner sip, there are some share plates to graze on filled with award-winning cheese and charcuterie, even a little caviar. Between Tuesday to Sunday, the venue also offers light brunch snacks alongside coffee, and maybe some bubbles.
