Rosella’s is an Australiana-themed bar, nestled along the Gold Coast Highway in the heart of Burleigh Heads, which gives a fun and delicious nod to times gone by. The 34-seat bar is equipped with classic Aussie vibes and plenty of personality – think less rubber thongs, singlets and VB tinnies, and more so a refined representation of iconic Australian cuisine and a modern take on childhood nostalgia, with a good dose of tongue-in-cheek humour on the side.
