Sunnyboy Espresso is a seaside cafe in Mermaid Beach, the sibling of renowned Broadbeach cafe, Elk Espresso. Sunnyboy serves up a vibrant menu of eats that changes with the season, taking diners from breakfast and brunch through to lunch in the most delicious of ways. Think breakfast hoagies with crispy bacon and scrambled eggs, French toast with seasonal fruits and gelato, and avo on toast with whipped fetta, cured egg yolk, lime tahini and toasted almonds. There’s coffee by Parallel Roasters pouring, alongside cold-pressed juices, smoothies and a fun list of cocktails.
