Top-flight Japanese restaurant and bar Kiyomi at The Star Gold Coast is delighting diners this March with an exclusive $99 (per person) set sharing menu. Chef de cuisine Winson Law and the Kiyomi team have curated a delicious series of share-style dishes, utilising the highest quality ingredients and the day’s freshest seafood catches.

The special $99 March menu (available Sunday to Thursday only) kicks off with small plates like edamame soy beans and smoked-fish dip with lotus chips and anori salt. From there, diners move onto a ten-piece sashimi platter featuring the chef’s top daily selections, followed by Toothfish Toban alongside assorted mushrooms, aka miso and onsen tamago. Next up, there’s grilled chicken marinated in shio koji with yuzu kosho, miso corn and chicken-skin furikake, and a premium 2GR full-blood wagyu flank with umami puree, takana, shimiji and kombu veal jus. The menu rounds out with spicy tuna rolls with spicy truffle mayo, and a serve of strawberry-milkshake mochi ice-cream to finish.
