Dine under the stars at Mudgeeraba Moonlight Feast
In recent years the suburb of Mudgeeraba has emerged as a real culinary hub. If you’re keen to sip and snack your way around without having to leave your seat, this long-table event is for you. Presented by Councillor Glenn Tozer, the Mudgeeraba Moonlight Feast is an invitation to savour seven delicious courses from a selection of the suburb’s top-notch eateries. Among the line-up will be fiery jalapeno poppers from Hotel Panchos, fried-chicken tenders from Junior’s Deli alongside a flavour-filled samosa from Pangaat Indian Restaurant & Bar. The Wine Barrel will serve a tasty pork belly starter, followed by Lenny Pizzeria & Bar with moreish meatballs and wood-fired flat bread. The main affair will be a delightful twice-cooked duck dish courtesy of Mudgjira Village Eatery followed by a sweet dessert from The Village B&B. Mudgeeraba Moonlight Feast will be held on Sunday March 23 from 6:00–9:00 pm. Tickets to this extraordinary culinary event are $200 per person and are available here.

Go beyond the plate for this beef-centric culinary showcase
If beef is your preferred protein, nab a seat at the Palette x Stanbroke Beef culinary showcase. Every course, from savoury starters right through to dessert, will celebrate the versatility and craftsmanship of the meat. As a special treat for guests, the evening will begin with an exclusive Q&A hosted by Richard Galbraith and Palette’s executive chef Dayan Hartill-Law, diving into the story behind Stanbroke’s unique approach to sustainable farming and their remarkable beef programs. The event will be held on Saturday March 15 and tickets are $250. Nab a seat at the table here.

Tickle your taste buds with Craggy Range and Ioesco
Wine and Italian fare are a match made in culinary heaven, that’s just a fact. If you concur, consider this your cordial invitation to experience this perfect pairing on Wednesday February 26. Sanctuary Cove’s iconic Italian, Ioesco, will roll out the welcome mat for New Zealand’s Craggy Range wines. If you’ve not yet had the pleasure, Craggy Range is a family owned winery situated in the shadow of the spectacular Te Mata Peak in the premium wine growing area of Hawke’s Bay New Zealand. Delight in dishes such as kingfish crudo, lobster raviolo and a decadent main of duck breast with plum chutney and carrot miso. Tickets are $199 per person and are available here.

Sydney’s cult-favourite Black Star Pastry is coming to QT Gold Coast
Credited with creating the world-famous strawberry watermelon cake, Black Star Pastry is popping up at QT Gold Coast for a month-long love-fest of overindulgence inspired by modern dating. Launching Friday February 14, the table will be set for a cake pairing that turns dating (horror) stories into delicious decadence with two desserts aptly named The Love Bomb and The Ghost. The limited-edition cakes will be available exclusively at QT’s signature restaurants and via room service.

Celebrate Mardi Gras at The Valley Estate
Dress loud and proud for an explosion of colour, feathers and frivolity for The Valley Estate’s first-ever Mardi Gras celebration. Begin with a splash of Ink Gin in the Glass House, before the dazzling skate team and disco buggies escort you to the terrace. Here, you will be invited to tantalise your taste buds with authentic Argentinian delights – from sizzling rib eye and spiced-prawn skewers to handcrafted empanadas. Feast on choripans and grilled provoleta as roving entertainers bring the Mardi Gras flair to life. The celebration peaks in the magnificent Manor, where Brett Rosengreen will dazzle with a burlesque performance under the chandeliers. Tickets are available here.
